• This is a Fleece and Breed show to be held the following week after Nationals 2012 at the same venue Canterbury Park Christchurch. Breed judging 29th September 2012.

• The fleeces will be judged by Peter Kennedy & Julie Mansell on the 26th & 27th September at the same venue as the Nationals so no extra moving of fleeces. Fleeces that are entered for the National show will remain at the venue for the fleece stewards to re-number for the S I Colourbration show.

• Fleeces not entered in the National show should be sent to the nominated address (to be advised) prior to 14th September.

• White and Light Fawn will be separate classes in both Breed and Fleece.

• Sponsors for the breed classes will have their signage placed around the ring. Sponsors for the fleece show will have their signage placed in the fleece tent. All sponsors will have their logos, stud names on the Large Sponsors Board at the show ring. Your names are also listed on the AANZ website section of the S I Colourbration show. Your stud names & logos will also be printed in the catalogue. Sponsorships are $100-00 each.

• We will be using the cattle pens which are undercover, with a short walk to the National Bank Lawn where the breed classes will be held. If the weather is unfavourable, the breed classes will be held in a large cleared space in the sheep penning area which is near the cattle pens.

• Pen size is 4.4m long x 2.5m wide. A maximum of 4 intermediate or 5 juniors should fit per pen as a one day show. Pens are available from 3pm Friday 28th Sept.

• $30 a pen – straw bedding provided
$15 a pen – provide own straw or grass bedding
(Any other product like shredded paper or cardboard is not permitted) These prices are a walk in walk out cost. Please order number of pens you require on the entry form.

• Whilst this is a show organized and underwritten by the Southern Region of the AANZ, it is a show for everyone. Please see the sponsorships available and make your mark on the show by having your stud name, banners and signage in full sight of everyone.

• The fleeces will be displayed in the CRT tent which will be situated next to the show ring so you can walk in and out all day admiring the beautiful fleeces. Fleece sponsors banners and signage will be displayed in this tent.

Sponsorship Information

As one way to support the show there will be sponsorships available at $100 +gst each. Sponsors will have their name on a large board on the day, named as the sponsor in the catalogue and can have a sign up around the judging ring ( Maximum size 1200 wide x 600 high) or Fleece Display.
